Todd’s professional experience spans 20 years in both public and private realms, focusing on large-scale mixed-use developments and institutional architecture and planning, most recently for The University of Texas at Austin and for Austin Community College at the Highland Redevelopment.

Todd is a strong proponent of Public Private Partnerships and the inclusion of education and public space in mixed-use developments. He is an active member of the Shoal Creek Conservancy and the Urban Land Institute where he contributes each year as a mentor for University of Texas at Austin graduate students as part of the Urban Land Institute Hines Competition. He also serves on ULI Austin’s Public Private Partnership Local Product Council.
